It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and there was a pleasant breeze in the air. It was a kind of day to have a beach party. And that was what the Disney Princesses planned of having.   

The Princesses (Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, Pocahontas, Mulan and Jasmine) came together for a girls-only beach party.  They wanted it to be the biggest and best party possible.  “This is going to be great” gushed Ariel “I told my daughter to go to Atlantica. My mother and sisters are already spreading the world.  Melody is now in Neverland to invite their mermaids as well as the fairies and Tiger Lily.”

“That’s great Ariel” Snow White chimed. “We should make sure that we invite everyone and make sure to spread the word among all our girlfriends. I know that everyone will want to take part and have a great time.  We want everyone included. The hard part will be to get the beach set up for a party. We need decorations, chairs, towels and many other things.”     

Jasmine eagerly jumped in “Don’t worry about it girls. I’ll take care of everything.” With that she left the group and headed to the home of Eden the Genie and her master Dondi. Eden was the girlfriend of Genie and she and Jasmine had gotten to be friends.

Jasmine saw Dondi seemingly alone with Eden’s bottle nearby. “Hello Dondi, is Eden around?” With that a bust of sparkling smoke, Eden came out of the bottle in her full genie glory.

“Yes ma’am the genie is in.  I was just cleaning out my bottle. I do that every 500 years.  So what can I do you for?” She asked enthusiastically.

“Well, Eden the other princess and I are planning a girls-only beach party.”

Dondi was enchanted “Wow, can I come to?”

Jasmine smiled “Of course you can Dondi, we’re inviting all of our girlfriends. That includes you as well Eden”

Eden was now more excited that her master and changed her form into various beach forms. “Oh wow I’m totally jazzed. We can surf, swim, sunbathe and other things begin with S. Can I do anything?”

“Well, the other princesses and I are inviting everyone to take part. If it’s not too much trouble could you and your genie girlfriends help with the decorations and other staging?” Jasmine asked politely.

Eden seemed to suddenly become upset. “Let me get this straight, you only invited me so me and genie friends could be your maids?”

“Uh, no you see...” Jasmine replied nervously

“Psych” Eden laughed. “I’m just joshing you Jas. Of my friends and me would love to help. In fact we’re going to make this the biggest beach bash ever. It’ll have everything you ever imagined and some things you could never imagine.  Tell your friends not to bother packing their swimsuit, because me and the other genies will provide everything they’ll need.”

Eden soon whipped up a to do list and was on a cell phone with the other female genies. “Ok you girls got the plan I faxed over? What do you mean you didn’t? That’s right the fax machine hasn’t been invented yet. (To the side breaking character: In Agrabah at least.) I’ll be right over.”

With that Eden took Dondi and her lamp hurriedly “Sorry Jas. Dondi and me gotta go. There are places to do and things to see. Later.”

Jasmine thanked the two and was on her own way to invite her mother as well as all of the various girls in Agrabah.

The Disney princesses eagerly wanted to make their beach party an even to remember. The eight of them invited every girl in the Disney universe.  In turn the girls they invited were encouraged to spread the word.  They wanted to include everyone, even their neighbors from outside the Disney universe. There were many princesses that they wished to include.   So far every response the princesses received was an enthusiastic yes.

The day before the party, the princesses got together to review their progress.  Everyone was excited.  Belle exclaimed, “So far everyone I’ve told about the beach party is enthusiastic and wants to help out. If everyone pitches in and does a little work, we can make this the greatest beach party ever.”

“How wonderful” said Pocahontas “It will be nice to have a girls-only outing. Should I bring anything?”

Cinderella “If genies are anything like fairy godmothers. They’ll provide everything for a beach party.”
   
Aurora had the master list of names mentioning  “Well girls looking over our invite list, I can see we have literally hundreds of guests at our party. Are we sure that we have enough room for all these women and girls?”

Jasmine assured everyone “Don’t worry everyone. Eden told me she and her genie friends will use their magic to make room for everyone.”

With the reassurances, the princesses looked over their invitation list again.  They were excited and hoped their mothers would have a good time too. One of them joked that it seemed that none of them seemed to have mothers, but after the party they’d all be well known.  

On the day of the party, Eden was as at the beach with Dondi waiting for her genie girlfriends to help with decorating. “I gotta say Dondi, Jasmine and the girls picked a great spot for a beach party.” Holding the list of guests she added “Now, this is the list of everyone who will be at the party.” Eden read the list intently muttering to herself “Uh huh, Ok wow all Tinkerbell and her fairy friends they’ll love the magic…Odette’s coming? I didn’t know they knew her…gargoyles too? I better use a little magic to let them be flesh during the day.”

Turning to her master, Eden said “Well Dondi, once the other genie girls get here we can get started. Now where are those…?”
  
Suddenly a burst of energy, a multitude of female genies appeared. The female genies were a rainbow of colors and were as lively and enthusiastic as Eden was herself.  “Hiya Eden.” One of the genies gushed. “Is this where the party is gonna be?”

“You bet.” Turning to the genies as a general to the troops, Eden suddenly turned gruff. “Attention!” Suddenly the genies stopped chatting a came into a row. “Now listen to me ladies, as genies, it’s our job to provide quality service and we’re going to do some serious, hard, sacrificing” suddenly pleasant again “Fun.” Knowing she was joking, the genies laughed and were ready to get to business.

“Here’s the plan girls. We have to get this beach ready for hundreds of beachgoers. But then I thought let’s go the extra mile.” The female genies murmured in approval. They congregated and decided that this beach party would have more than just beach. There would be a peaceful forest and because many of the partygoers amphibious they would make accommodations underwater too. Finally, they would have a portal at the top of the forest for the spacehouse in orbit for the spacefaring guests. That way everyone would be in close contact with one another.

Looking over the blueprints the genies had worked on Eden was impressed. “Not too bad. I think we’ll knock their socks off.” Dondi then asked “Can I see what you’re doing?”  

Smiling Eden asked “Why be satisfied with a blueprint, when you can see the real thing. Ready girls?” With that Eden and the female genies exploded a supernova of magic to create the ultimate beach party.        

The magic of the genies swirled both upward and downward. In the ocean, the magic created items that are commonly found underwater. There were seashells, treasure chests, an anchor, a sunken ship and even a castle. There was everything that an aquatic partygoer would want.

As magnificent as the genies’ magic was underwater, they truly outdid themselves on the surface. The magic spread upwards and upwards creating a wonderful design.

On the beach level, the magic provided everything possible for a beach party. There were umbrellas, towels, pillows, beach chairs, small tables, floating chairs and even a bar for cold drinks.  The beach was further highlighted by the natural beauty of rocks and a massive waterfall that measured from the forest down to the ocean.

For fun, there was also a karaoke machine. Eden knew the girls would want great music, so she summoned some of the most popular musical girl acts including Hannah Montana and the Cheetah Girls.  For further entertainment, the genies conjured up belly and hula dancers and a dancefloor.

The genies also set up sections for different groups. In one section, the genies had a place for young girls to have fun together. They would only need minimal supervision at the party. Behind the waterfall, there was a special cabana for the princesses’ mothers   At the Mother’s Nook, the ladies could relax and enjoy the sun in peace.

Besides the beach, the genies created a forest for the more nature-loving girls. There were massive trees flowerbeds, bushes, a tree house as well as another house. For entertainment, the genies conjured up ballet dancers and a Brazilian dancer.  The forest was amidst the mountains and any nature-loved would love it there.

Finally, the genies created a portal near the heavens. It lead to the Space House that was in Earth’s orbit. The atmosphere had air but was zero gravity with metal platforms for the girls to lay on. At the Space House it would be a different (but fun) experience altogether.   

When they were done, the genies looked at the work they had done and were satisfied with their accomplishment. They had provided a wondrous vacation destination. Sitting next to her master, Eden said, “Well Dondi, the girls and I have everything set for the best possible beach party except for one thing.”

“What’s that Eden?” asked Dondi

She exclaimed “Bikinis. We need swimsuits for this beach bash. And I have the perfect spell to provide them.”

With magical swirls, Eden exclaimed “Magical beach made up my genies, give all our girls the skimpiest bikinis.” Just like that a magical aura changed Dondi’s outfit to a cute bikini. The other genies transformed their outfits into even more revealing bikini tops.

“How wonderful Eden.” Dondi exclaimed, “When will the party start.”

Conjuring a watch Eden answered “Any minute now. Gee look at the time; I gotta pick out my bikini. I have about a hundred in the bottle. Be right back master.” In a flash of smoke, Eden went back into her bottle to choose just as the princesses entered.
     
The princesses (with Melody) were immediately impressed by the genies’ work.  Jasmine was right when she said they didn’t need to bring anything.

“This is wonderful.” Exclaimed Mulan. “The genies spared nothing for us and our guests.”

“And the forest is simply breathtaking.” said Pocahontas “I know where I will go.”

“As do I” added Ariel looking at the ocean.

“I only have one question.” Cinderella asked “Where are the changing areas? I assume since the genies provided everything else, they’ll have swimsuits for us and our guests.”

Cinderella’s query was easily answered when the princesses set foot on the beach. Eden’s magic spell transformed the princesses’ clothes into the most exquisite bikinis. The spell made sure to provide its’ guest with the bikini that would suit them best. Some like Snow White would have more modest styles. But most would have more skimpier and fun bikinis such as Aurora and Pocahontas. There were no boys at this party, so no one would mind at all.

Jasmine thanked the genies for their hard work and invited them join in the party. Of course they were

Ariel was excited at the transformation. ‘This is great. Eden and her friends outdid themselves.”  She asked Eden to turn her and Melody into mermaid form so she could accommodate their underwater guests better.  

Turning to her daughter she said  “We better greet our guests coming in from the grotto.” Hopping into the ocean, Ariel said to her friends “Let me know when the others arrive.”

Almost immediately after Ariel and Melody went underwater, the first guests began to arrive.  These were the guests who were the closest to the princesses such as Babette the maid, Princesses Mei, Su and Ting-Ting, Nakoma, and Sadira.  The next to arrive were their fellow princesses Esmeralda, Kida of Atlantis, Tiana, Giselle and her stepdaughter Morgan.

The flow of guests continued swiftly.  It was clear that without the genies it might have taken weeks for the princesses to get everything needed for a beach party of this magnitude with such a variety of guests. There were numerous fairies, mermaids, gargoyles and other magical creatures.  The genies made sure that there was something for everyone.      

The final guests to arrive were those from outside the Disney universe. Among the most notable were Princess Odette and Anastasia. Although they were not from the Disney world they were welcome with open arms.

Like the princesses, the guests were all impressed by the ambience of the beach. They were further amazed when the stepped onto the beach. Whatever clothes they were wearing, magically transformed into bikinis. Everyone loved the bikini that was chosen for her.  A few were modest, but the majority were on the skimpy side. There were even a few girls wearing thongs. But what did it matter? There were no men, so they could let their hair down.    

Ariel then came out of the water and let the other princesses that the mermaids and other water-dwelling girls had arrived.  Snow White the addressed the crowd.

“Welcome friends. We want to thank you all for coming to our beach party. Our only wish is for you to have a grand time at our beach party.” Motioning to the genies, Snow White added “And please let us all thank these fine genies for making this all possible.” The crowd then showed their thanks.

Without a hesitation, the girls filed out onto the various areas concocted by the genies. They traversed from the beach, the forest and outer space. The guests had filled soon all areas with a whirlwind of activities. They were sunbathing, chatting amiably, enjoying the entertainment provided and generally enjoying the amenities provided by the genies.  The princesses could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

However not everyone was having a good time. In an underground cave, the various Disney villainesses were all together and they were in a foul mood. Like the Disney girls they were decked out in their cutest and most fashionable bikinis and also likewise they were in the mood to take advantage of the beautiful weather.

They had planned on having a Bad Girl beach party at the very site the party was going on.  When the bad girls saw that their most ardent foes were enjoying themselves at their expense they were outraged.  Furthermore, they were incensed that they had not been invited to the beach party that the other girls were having. Not that they would have gone, but it was the principle of the matter.     

The leader of this motley crew of bad girls was the evil Queen Grimhilde, Snow White’s stepmother.  Using her Magic Mirror atop her throne, Grimhilde was able to see the partygoers on the surface. It vexed Grimhilde to no end seeing her hated rival Snow White and her mother enjoying the sun and sand while she was stuck in a cave with a group of malcontent villainesses.  For they were letting Grimhilde know how unhappy they were.

“Well this is simply intolerable.” complained Ursula in her disguise as Vanessa. “I had hoped to have a grand time roping some poor foolish girl into becoming my personal slave. Now I find that wretched Ariel having the time of her life with her friends and family. I don’t know why I took the time and effort into morphing into my Vanessa form.”

“It’s just not fair” Anastasia and Drizella, Cinderella’s stepsister’s, whined. “Mother took us shopping for the cutest bikinis to attract the cutest boys. Now they’ll go to waste.”

“They are a waste if you two think you’ll land a man” Shego said. She was annoyed by all of the whining and could take no more.  Soon arguments spread among the group.       

Queen Grimhilde knew she had to remedy the situation.  If she did not take action soon the bad girls might decide to blame her. She soothed her group by saying “Now, now my pretties let us not just complain.  We must have our revenge for being snubbed.”

“And how do you propose we do that?” asked Cruella de Vil testily.

“I think I have the answer to our problems.” said a voice in the shadows. It was Maleficent decked out in a jet-black string bikini. “We will use magic to get our vengeance.  Specifically a sleeping spell.”

“A sleeping spell you say?” Grimhilde stated. She was intrigued. “How does it work?”

“It’s very simple my queen.” Maleficent explained “A wave of magic will move up from the ocean all the way to the forest. This wave will put the lovlies above in a deep, dreamless sleep for 1,000 years. We must wait an hour for the magic to subside and then we can have our fun with them.”

The sleeping spell met with murmurs of approval. The girls above would sleep for 1,000 years and be at their mercy. Today would indeed be a very fun day. Queen Grimhilde then made the order “Well then Maleficent what are we waiting for. Unleash the spell.”

Brandishing her staff Maleficent began “At once my queen.” The spell went as “From the darkness deep, go up and creep, put those all above in a 1,000 year sleep.”

With that, the magical wave spread up. Soon the beach goers above would sleep for a millennium.

Queen Narissa wryly remarked “Sweet dreams dearies. In an hour we’ll be up to have a real party.” The Bad Girls all laughed at the remark. They were already planning the horrible things they would do to the girls above.

The sleeping spell first hit the girls who were in the ocean. At the moment everyone undersea was having a grand time. They were singing, swimming and gossiping merrily among themselves.  However some undersea denizens were not entirely happy.

Celia, the princess of the Moray people, and Pearl, the spoiled and carefree mermaid friend of Ariel, were a tad disappointed. They were hoping there were would be boys there. Instead their mothers, who swam up to their disappointed daughters, were at the party instead.

“Now why are you two looking so forlorn?” asked Queen Aemilia “Aren’t you having a good time?”

“I guess so mother. It’s just that there aren’t any boys at this party.” Answered Celia

“Well is you’re so disappointed.” quipped Pearl’s mother “You could always join them.” Pointing to Coral and the other little mergirls. A moment ago they were swimming along energetically, but now they were asleep snoring peacefully.  They were the first victims of the sleeping spell.

Before Pearl could respond, the sleeping spell came into hit her, her mother and the Morays. Yawning she said “Maybe you’re right mother. A nap would do us all good” and the four of them fell asleep snoring away.

The sleeping spell moved quickly in the ocean. Soon everyone from Aquarianne to Gabriella to Neptunia all fell in a magical sleep. The lively party was still with the silence punctured only by snoring.   

The last to be affected was Queen Athena, mother of Ariel. Sitting on a seashell throne she was brushing her hair when she asked her other six daughters “My daughters, are you ready to go to the surface and sing?”

When the only response she received was musical snoring, Queen Athena smiled shyly at the sight of her sleeping daughters. “Well it looks like my daughters could use a rest.” Yawning after the spell hit her, the Queen added, “I think I shall join them.” With that Queen Athena too fell asleep   

Meanwhile at the top of the waterfall in the forest, Kida was preparing to make a dive from the waterfall down to the ocean. Down at the beach, in the Mother’s Nook, Kida’s mother watched her daughter and said “Kida, be careful when you land.” “Don’t worry mother” Kida reassured “I’ve made leaps like this hundreds of times.”

Kida then gracefully dove from the waterfall down to the ocean level. She was pleased. One of the Neverland mermaids quickly swam up to her thinking something was wrong but she saw that Kida was sound asleep with small bubble coming out with every snore. What Maleficent didn’t know was that while the sleeping spell put it’s victims to sleep for 1,000 years it also protected them from any imaginable threat. Kida could sleep the entire time underwater protected from wrinkly fingers much less drowning.    

Seeing she was safe, the mermaid turned to look at her fellow Neverland mermaids who were congregating together near the sunken treasure. She found them all asleep as well. Soon the sleep spell affected her and she went to sleep next to Kida, forming the same bubbles with her snores.       

Ariel was not with her mother, sisters and fellow mermaids underwater. Instead she was sunning herself on a rock above water. Turning to Nani who was floating on a raft, she said “I think I’ll give a listen underwater to see how the party is going on.”

When she lowered her head, Ariel gave a perplexed facial expression. “That’s odd”

“What’s odd?” asked Nani

“All I hear is snoring. I know my mother’s and sisters’ snores when I hear it and it seems everyone down below is asleep” Smiling she said “I guess they partied a little too hard.”

Suddenly, the waves from the sleep spell hit the shore. Ariel immediately fell asleep snoring away on the rock. So did Nani, Kim Possible and the other girls who were on the water.

The sleep spell quickly spread putting girls to sleep left and right.  The spell affected the girls immediately with different results.  It first affected where the young girls were. There the girls were playing in the sand, laughing and various activities.  Miss Birdwell was getting ready to read a group of them a story.

“Are you girls are you ready for a story?” she asked them. With an enthusiastic response Miss Birdwell went to get her storybook. When she returned, Miss Birdwell found her audience fast asleep. Laughing she asked  “Hey you guys, you’re supposed to go to sleep after you hear the story.” Then the spell hit her and she joined her girls and the other girls in sleep.     

Girls were falling asleep all over in different positions. They fell asleep in their chairs, on their towels and even leaning on the tables and umbrellas.  A few even slept standing up as the bondservants of Kuzco and girls from Mulan’s village maidens.

The spell did leave to some humorous moments. When the spell hit Belle, she was ready to read a new book. “This looks like a good one...” then the spell hit her and she yawned ‘The Big Sleep” then she drifted off to sleep.

Before they went to sleep, Jasmine and Aurora asked Babette the maid for glasses of lemonade. While waiting for her drink, Jasmine noticed Amani and Rose, the respective daughters of herself and Aurora, sleeping in corner along with Jiao the daughter of Mulan. They were chatting amiably when the sleep spell put all three of them to sleep.  

Smiling, Jasmine turned to Aurora and said “It looks like our girls need a little rest.”

Aurora’s answers were snores. She wasn’t hit by the spell, but she dozed off which of course was not uncommon. Just then Babette returned with their glasses of lemonade.

“Oh dear, it seems mademoiselle Aurora fell asleep.” Said Babette.

“It’s all right Babette.” Jasmine assured. Suddenly the spell hit their area. Yawning “You can just leave them..” was all Jasmine could muster before she too fell asleep.

“Very good madame.” With that Babette let the tray fall from her hands and she went to sleep snoring away contentedly.   

In another corner, Megara was standing up looking out at the ocean. She was with Cassandra, Helen of Troy and Hebe and Alena, her daughters by Hercules. The sight of Cassandra lying on a large number of pillows with her eyes closed perplexed Megara.

Megara asked “Cass what’s with all the pillows?”

“I’m just getting prepared for my premonition:” she responded

“Premonition?” Helen said dubiously. “Please share with us.”   

“It’s simple. In a matter of moments, we’ll all be snoozing in our swimsuits, going beddy-bye in our bikinis. I’m just getting prepared.”

“Everyone asleep” Megara laughed “That a little hard to swallow.” Asking her daughters she added “What do you think girls?”

Megara’s answer was snoring from her two daughters. The spell then hit her and Helen. Helen fell asleep standing up and Megara slowly fell to their ground snoring away loudly.

“Told you so.” Yawned Cassandra, who then joined the others in slumber snoring serenely.

Soon the entire beach had been put to sleep. Where there was once a lively beach party was now a large slumber party. Everyone from the girls to the mothers in their Nook to the dancers summoned by the genies were all snoring away.  Even the genies themselves were affected by the sleep spell. They were sleeping floating in mid-air some comically literally sawing logs.  

After the ocean and beach, the sleep spell went to the forest. There as in the other areas, girls fell asleep where they were. Gargoyles (who were already drowsy in the sun) slept in trees, on top of the houses and even standing up.  The many centaurettes, including the servants of Bacchus) fell asleep standing up, as horses are wont to do.

In a secluded corner, the Amazons and Gallifemmes were getting ready in a tug-of-war contest. Their respective leaders, Hipplotya and Hippsodeth were boasting good-naturedly that their army was the stronger warrior woman. The women clad in thongs and shell-like bikini tops.

Turning to her daughter Tempest, Hipplotya said “Just watch Tempest, we Amazons will prove our mettle.”

“I’m afraid you’re in for disappointment my dear.” Retorted Hippsodeth. The game was on.

The two sides began the game with their queens anchoring. Both warrior women tugged with all their strength until Hipplotya and Hippsodeth noticed the slack to loosen.

Hippsodeth was irate “What’s wrong with you weaklings, we can win, we…”

She was silenced by the fact that both Amazons and Gallifemmes has fallen asleep standing up snoring up a storm. Before they could react, the sleep spell hit both Hipplotya and Hippsodeth and they too fell asleep standing up. Tempest was slumbering in a corner with utmost look of contentment.

In another corner were Fauna, Flora and Merryweather, the fairy friends of Aurora. The genies’ magic had transformed them into their younger selves and they were enjoying themselves.

“This is nice, isn’t it?” mused Fauna

“Yes indeed, this forest reminds of the cabin in the woods that we shared with Aurora.” Chimed Flora.

Merryweather further recalled “Oh yes. That reminds me of when Aurora pricked the needle and we had to put the entire kingdom to sleep.”

The sleep spell hit the newly young fairies and as they fell asleep Merryweather said drowsily. “I’m glad we don’t have to that again.” Soon the three fairies were snoring away.

In the treetops, Giselle and Pocahontas were enjoying the scenery. As usual Giselle was a ball of enthusiastic energy.

“Oh I’m having just a wonderful time Pocahontas. My step-daughter Morgan is making friends with the other girls as we speak.” Of course Giselle didn’t know that her stepdaughter was fast asleep with those friends.

“I’m so glad Giselle.” Pocahontas has wanted a little solitude and was glad to see Nakoma and Nancy on a lower branch. “Isn’t that your friend Nancy over there? Why don’t you go over and say hello.”

Giselle looked at the branch and noticed that Nancy and Nakoma were asleep laughing she said “Oh it looks that Nancy is tuckered out.” The spell then hit their branch. Yawing Giselle “I think I’ll join them.”

“Me too.” Pocahontas replied sleepily and the two princesses dozed on the high branch. Just as they fell asleep, Mary Poppins, clad in a strapless bikini fell asleep with her umbrella resting on a branch.

The last area affected by the sleep spell was the Space House. It traveled via the portal set up by the genies. In the Space Girls, the partygoers there too fell asleep instantly. Because of the zero gravity, the girls were sleeping in mid-air. A few slept on metal plates. Capt. Amelia who was taking a space constitutional, fell asleep in a standing position, snoring all the while in a revealing bikini.

Soon all areas of the party had been put to sleep by the sleep spell. Where there was once a lively party, were hundreds of bikini-clad girls in a deep sleep snoring up a storm. (Some more loudly than others). They slept in chairs, on towels, on roofs, in branches, underwater and even in mid-air.   

Down in the Underwater Grotto, the Bad Girls were rejoicing. They had ruined the beach party and soon they would have their revenge. Queen Grimhilde was ecstatic.

“Excellent work Maleficent. They’re all asleep.” She then asked, “How much longer must we wait.”

Maleficent responded. “Not too long my queen. But we must wait for the sleep spell to subside lest we are affected.” There were a few murmurs of discontent. They wanted revenge immediately.  

Grimhilde calm her motley crew “Now, now my lovelies. Good things come to those who wait.”

With that the Bad Girls calmed down and they cackled with glee at the thought of the horrible things they’d do.

However not everyone was asleep at the party. Eden the Genie had been in bottle picking out the perfect bikini. Her magic bottle shielded her from any magic spell. With her master Dondi slumbering sitting up, Eden came out of her bottle in a magical haze in a skimpy bikini top.

“Hi everyone. Sorry I’m late, but I couldn’t decide what do wear. Is everyone ready to party?”

Eden then noticed that her master was sound asleep next to her bottle.

Smiling she said how cute “Looks like Dondi needed a little nap. I’ll let her rest.”  

Eden then went to where Jasmine was on the beach “Hey Jas are you and the other girls having a great time.”

When Jasmine answered with a snore, Eden was concerned.  It was then that she finally noticed that everyone was asleep on the beach.

“What the heck’s going on? Everyone on the beach is counting sheep.” Turning into a sheep she added “I’ve got a baaad feeling about this.”

Eden tried to wake the beachgoers every way she knew how. She rang a gong, turned into a rooster and clucked, used an alarm clock and splashed water. However it was to no avail. The girls on the beach slept and slept.

Eden now grew frustrated at the lack of success. “Ok unless this sand belongs to the Sandman, there’s no reason that everyone on the beach is asleep. I better get some help.” She would look for help in the forest and Space House.  

But there would be no assistance in those sections. As she searched, Eden found every girl, woman, fairy, centaurette and gargoyles in a deep asleep. All of her attempts to awaken them had no effect. Everyone everywhere slept and snored.    

“Something magical is definitely going on here.” Eden deduced. “I’m going to need some genie power for this.” She then went to search for her fellow             

But unfortunately, Eden found all of her genie girlfriends asleep as well, snoring away. Not ever her magic could wake up the genies.

Back at the beach Eden thought hard at the problem. Floating in the air above the Juice Bar where the patrons were asleep sitting on their booths, Eden accidentally bumped into the girls.

“Sorry girls. Not like that would wake you anyway.” Grilling herself she said “All right Eden. It’s crunch time everyone on the beach, forest and Space House are in a deep, magical sleep.” Suddenly Hannah Montana, asleep standing up on her mic stand, belted out an exceptionally loud snore.

“And sawing logs like there’s no tomorrow. What kind of magic spell could have done this? It would take an extra-powerful sleeping spell to affect so many areas. Wait a minute the ocean.”

Eden realized that she hadn’t checked underwater to see if anyone was asleep. When she dove underwater, she was dissapointed. Everyone underwater was asleep too. However going underwater did lead to an important clue.

Near the bottom of the ocean, was the entrance to the Underwater Cave. Eden could hear evil laughter.  Realizing that this laughter must be related to everyone falling asleep, she went in the entrance in secrecy.

When Eden entered inside the Cave, she could see the Bad Girls watching through the Magic Mirror and laughing at the sight of all the sleeping girls. She made sure that she would not be detected.

Narissa cackled. “Oh my it appears that Giselle is on a high branch.  I do hope she does be careful.” She then added “Or at least until I can get my hands on her.”

The crowd laughed again. Queen Grimhilde added. “Yes Narissa, soon we will all have our fun. How much longer must we wait Maleficent?”

Maleficent said “Any minute now my queen. The effects of the 1,000 Year Sleep Spell will wear off soon. The lovlies above will sleep and sleep for the next 1,000 years and they will be at our mercy.”     

Eden at last realized that it was Maleficent’s sleep spell has put everyone to sleep. This made Eden very mad.  The beach party that she and her genie friends had worked hard to create had been ruined. Instead of laughing in the sun and having fun, the girls above were snoring up a storm.  She would have to act fast if she was to save her friends from the Bad Girls.  

“So you put everyone to sleep for 1,000 years huh? Well turnabout is fair play. I’m going to put you all to sleep for 10,000 years with my most powerful sleep spell ever.”

Rolling up her nonexistent sleeves, Eden unleashed a massive spell that would put the Bad Girls to sleep for ten times as her friends.   

To bring forth the spell Eden chanted “As you put others in a magical sleep, may this spell last on you ten time deep.” The spell was so powerful that it knocked Eden back a few feet and shot back into the ocean all the way to the portal to the Space House.

Eden’s sleep spell quickly hit the Bad Girls while they were preparing to go to the surface.

Leading the others for their revenge Queen Grimhilde said “All right ladies are we ready?” The Bad Girls responded heartily. Then the sleeping spell hit them.

Yawning, Grimhilde went back to sit on her throne. “Well before we go perhaps we should take a little rest.” She then fell asleep snoring loudly.

The rest of the Bad Girls all fell asleep. They slept standing up, sitting up and sprawling on the ground. Saleen the mermaid slumbered peacefully on a rock on the water.  They all snored loudly, even louder than the girls above.

Maleficent realized that a sleep spell had hit them and tried to enact a counterspell. But it hit her too fast and fell asleep resting on her staff.  She and all the Bad Girls would sleep for the next ten millennia.    

The sight of the Bad Girls fast asleep and snoring up a storm put a satisfied grin on Eden’s face.

“Nighty-night ladies.” She said triumphantly “See you in 10,000 years.”

With them all asleep, Eden went back to the beach. Her vengeance sated, she now tried to determine how to wake everyone from the Maleficent’s sleep spell.

“Now how am I going to wake everyone up?” She asked herself. Eden had tried a variety of magic to wake everyone, but they hadn’t worked. She would need more serious magical firepower.

A mystical voice answered her “I’m afraid you can’t my dear.” It was the voice of Hera the Queen of Olympus.

Hera was flanked by Titania the Queen of Avalon as well as Athena and Aphrodite the goddesses of Wisdom and Love respectively.  They were all in bikinis.  

Eden was astonished “Queen Hera!  What are you doing here?

Hera proceeded to explain.  Unbeknownst to the Disney girls and the Bad Girls, the Goddesses in the heavens saw the girl’s only beach party and decided to have their own.

In the heavens, the goddesses were clad in their delicate bikinis. Guests included the goddesses of Olympus as well as Titania and the Ethereal and the Oracle mystic females from Agrabah.  Their beach party had lovely amenities including clouds to sit and rest on, a swing and a pool of water.

The goddesses were enjoying their beach party when Hera looked down on the Earth to see how her daughter in-law Megara and granddaughters were enjoying their party. When she noticed that everyone on the beach was asleep she was surprised.  When she further saw that everyone in all of the sectors of the party were in a deep sleep, Hera was worried.

She summoned the other goddesses to deduce what put everyone to sleep. Titania knew immediately.

“My dear Hera. I’ve seen this kind of magic before. Everyone below has been put to sleep with a 1,000 year sleeping spell. They’ll sleep and sleep.”

“Can anything be done?’ asked Hera

Smiling Titania assured her “Yes I think that I have an ideal counterspell that can wake them all. Unless of course another more magical spell was enacted so soon after this spell.”

Relieved that something could be done Hera stated “Well with everyone asleep down there, I don’t think that will be a problem.”

However almost as almost immediately afterwards, Eden’s sleep spell hit the beach and all others sections. Eden had inadvertently made it impossible for the goddesses to help. Indeed in her haste, Eden had put everyone in the ocean, beach, forest and Space House to sleep for 10,000 years.

“Uh-oh, something bad happened didn’t it?” Aphrodite asked worriedly

“Yes Aphrodite something bad did happen.” Hera answered equally worried. “Because of this powerful spell not only can not waken anyone, but now they will sleep ten times longer.”

After Hera explained the situation, Eden was ashamed of herself. In her quest for revenge she caused more damage than the Bad Girls perpetrated. She had to make up for the trouble she made.

The goddesses and Eden were pondering hard of how they could fix the sleep spell. While they were thinking, Athena quipped that the sleeping beauties would be snoring for a long time. An idea than hit Eden.

“I got it.” Eden exclaimed. “If we can’t wake them for 10,000 years, why don’t we change the passage of time.”

Smiling Titania agreed, “Yes, we goddesses can slow time, so that where our beauties sleep, the 10,000 years will not equal to the outside world.”

“I agree.” Hera added. “Let us have everyone asleep in this realm not equal to what happens outside. With our magic it will be as if everyone slept for merely two days.”

“What about the naughty girls in the cave?” Athena asked, “I know they’re in a deep sleep, but we shouldn’t turn our backs on them.”

Hera agreed. “You’re right Athena. I’ll have Hecate and the other underworld goddesses make sure they don’t wake up. If they go to sleep it will guarantee they will sleep for the entire 10,000 years.”

With a yawn Hera added. “In fact I think we should sleep for the entire time as well. We have to stay in the vicinity for time to be warped. We’ll have our own bikini slumber party in the heavens.”

“Sleep for 10,000 years huh?” mused Aphrodite. “I could go for a short nap.”

Eden stated “Me too. After all it took a lot of energy to build this party and put everyone to sleep. I’ll sleep on the beach with my friends.  Besides if you can’t beat them, join them.  Who knows maybe we’ll have such a good sleep that we’ll decide to snooze for more than 10,000 years.”

After everyone agreed, the goddesses returned to the heavens. They then warped time and afterwards all went to sleep. Like the mortals, they fell asleep where they sat or stood. Also like the mortals they snored peacefully.

Eden slept floating in air above her bottle and Dondi her master. In the meantime everyone everywhere at the beach party slept.

It didn’t matter they be in the Cave, underwater, on the beach, in the forest, in the heavens or at the Space House.  Nor did it matter that the sleeper was a human, fairy, centaurette, gargoyle, mermaid or goddess. No matter the species, everyone slept peacefully in their bikinis while snoring up a storm.

Eden was right when she said that they might sleep longer than 10,000 years. On several occasions, one goddess or the other woke up near the 10,000 years and turned back the clock to catch up on a few more centuries of sleep. But it didn’t change the fact it lasted only two days.

The Bad Girls would sleep an extra week longer to ensure that they could not cause any trouble. When the others finally woke up, they decided that the party wasn’t ruined. Everyone enjoyed their peaceful sleep. They decided every few months they would try to get together for a weekend to sleep for several thousand years.
